HU: A nap egyik legizgalmasabb része a „Skillshare” workshop volt, ahol a résztvevők maguk vették át az irányítást. Azok a szakemberek, akik már rendelkeztek tapasztalattal a játékosítás terén, bemutatták saját sikeres edukációs játékaikat és digitális gyakorlataikat. Nemcsak elméletben beszéltek róluk, hanem interaktív formában ki is próbálták azokat a többiekkel. A résztvevők így közvetlenül élhették át a játékok oktatási erejét és élményét. A trénerek tematikus csoportokat alakítottak ki, hogy mindenki a számára leginkább releváns területen tanulhasson a társaitól. Ez az egymástól való tanulás (peer-to-peer learning) rendkívül inspirálónak bizonyult. Számos nagyszerű ötlet és bevált módszer cserélt gazdát a délután folyamán.
EN: One of the most exciting parts of the day was the „Skillshare” workshop, where the participants took the lead themselves. Those professionals who already had experience in gamification presented their own successful educational games and digital practices. They did not just talk about them in theory; they also tested them out with the others in an interactive format. In this way, participants could directly experience the educational power and impact of the games. The trainers formed thematic groups so that everyone could learn from their peers in the area most relevant to them. This peer-to-peer learning proved to be extremely inspiring, and numerous great ideas and proven methods were exchanged throughout the afternoon.
RO: Una dintre cele mai captivante părți ale zilei a fost atelierul „Skillshare”, în cadrul căruia participanții au preluat ei înșiși inițiativa. Acei specialiști care aveau deja experiență în domeniul ludificării și-au prezentat propriile jocuri educaționale de succes și practici digitale. Nu s-au limitat doar la a vorbi teoretic despre acestea, ci le-au și testat în mod interactiv împreună cu ceilalți. Astfel, participanții au putut experimenta în mod direct puterea educațională și dinamica jocurilor. Formatorii au creat grupuri tematice, astfel încât fiecare să poată învăța de la colegi în domeniul cel mai relevant pentru el. Această învățare reciprocă (peer-to-peer learning) s-a dovedit a fi extrem de motivantă. Numeroase idei excelente și metode consacrate au fost împărtășite pe parcursul după-amiezii.
