HU: A délutáni blokkban végre elérkeztünk képzésünk központi témájához: a digitális eszközökkel támogatott játékosításhoz (gamification). A trénerek bevezették a digitális felhatalmazás fogalmát az ifjúsági munkában, feltárva annak lehetőségeit és kihívásait. Ezt követte az „Experience Corner” szekció, ahol a résztvevők kreatív formában – művészeti eszközökkel és történetmeséléssel – mutatták be otthoni szervezeteiket. Megosztották egymással a célcsoportjaik jellemzőit, a mindennapokban tapasztalt akadályokat és a jól működő gyakorlataikat. A napot egy strukturált csoportos reflexióval zártuk, ahol a résztvevők visszajelzést adtak a nap folyamatáról. A trénerek ezeket a visszajelzéseket beépítik a holnapi programokba. Egy tartalmas és tanulságos napot zártunk!
EN: In the afternoon block, we finally arrived at the central theme of our training: gamification supported by digital tools. The trainers introduced the concept of digital empowerment in youth work, exploring its opportunities and challenges. This was followed by the „Experience Corner” session, where participants presented their sending organizations in a creative manner, using artistic tools and storytelling. They shared the characteristics of their target groups, the daily obstacles they encounter, and their best practices. We wrapped up the day with a structured group reflection, where participants provided feedback on the day’s flow. The trainers will incorporate these insights into tomorrow’s sessions. It was a rich and rewarding day!
RO: În blocul de după-amiază, am ajuns în sfârșit la tema centrală a cursului nostru de formare: ludificarea (gamification) sprijinită prin instrumente digitale. Formatorii au introdus conceptul de împuternicire digitală în activitatea de tineret, explorând oportunitățile și provocările acesteia. A urmat sesiunea „Experience Corner”, în cadrul căreia participanții și-au prezentat organizațiile de trimitere într-o manieră creativă, folosind mijloace artistice și storytelling. Aceștia au împărtășit caracteristicile grupurilor lor țintă, obstacolele întâmpinate în viața de zi cu zi și bunele lor practici. Am încheiat ziua cu o reflecție de grup structurată, în care participanții au oferit feedback cu privire la desfășurarea zilei. Formatorii vor integra aceste observații în programul de mâine. Am încheiat o zi plină de conținut și foarte instructivă!
