HU: A résztvevők ötletbörze, Buzz Groups és kiscsoportos beszélgetések keretében hasonlították össze a hagyományos iskolai oktatást a nem-formális képzésekkel. Átbeszéltük, hogy a gamification (játékosítás) és az élményalapú tanulás miért különösen hatékony a hátrányos helyzetű, tanulási nehézségekkel vagy figyelemhiánnyal küzdő fiatalok esetében. Bemutatásra került a Youthpass rendszer is, amely az Erasmus+ projektek során szerzett kompetenciák elismerésének és dokumentálásának hivatalos eszköze. Ez a szakmai alapozás elengedhetetlen ahhoz, hogy a hét során szerzett tapasztalatokat tudatosan építsék be a mindennapi ifjúsági munkájukba. A beszélgetés rendkívül inspiráló és gondolatébresztő volt mindenki számára.
EN: Through brainstorming, Buzz Groups, and small-group discussions, participants compared traditional school education with non-formal training. We explored why gamification and experiential learning are particularly effective for disadvantaged youth, as well as those facing learning difficulties or attention deficits. The Youthpass system—the official instrument for recognizing and documenting competences acquired during Erasmus+ projects—was also introduced. This professional grounding is essential for enabling participants to consciously integrate the experiences gained throughout the week into their everyday youth work. The discussion proved to be deeply inspiring and thought-provoking for everyone involved.
RO: Prin sesiuni de brainstorming, Buzz Groups și discuții în grupuri mici, participanții au comparat educația școlară tradițională cu formarea non-formală. Am analizat de ce ludificarea (gamification) și învățarea bazată pe experiență sunt deosebit de eficiente pentru tinerii proveniți din medii defavorizate, cei cu dificultăți de învățare sau cu deficit de atenție. A fost prezentat, de asemenea, sistemul Youthpass, instrumentul oficial de recunoaștere și documentare a competențelor dobândite în cadrul proiectelor Erasmus+. Această fundamentare profesională este esențială pentru ca participanții să poată integra în mod conștient experiențele acumulate pe parcursul săptămânii în activitatea lor zilnică de tineret. Discuția s-a dovedit a fi extrem de motivantă și stimulatoare pentru toată lumea.
