HU: A délutáni program a digitális játékok és ifjúsági munkában használt módszerek átfogó elemzésével kezdődött („Digital Gamification line-up”). A résztvevők egyénileg gondolták át, hogy saját szervezetüknél milyen típusú játékokat alkalmaznak a leggyakrabban. Elemezték, hogy milyen szintű a fiatalok bevonódása, amikor játékalapú módszereket használnak, és mennyire magabiztosak a digitális eszközök integrálásában. Az egyéni reflexiókat először párban, majd nagyobb csoportokban hasonlították össze. Kiderült, hogy bár sok segítő használ már digitális alkalmazásokat, sokan hiányolják a strukturált módszertant. Ez a felismerés még inkább megerősítette a képzésünk aktualitását és szükségességét. A résztvevők nagyon nyitottan és őszintén beszéltek a saját hiányosságaikról és fejlesztendő területeikről.
EN: The afternoon program kicked off with a comprehensive analysis of digital games and methods used in youth work („Digital Gamification line-up”). Participants individually reflected on the types of games they most frequently employ within their own organizations. They assessed the level of youth engagement when utilizing game-based methods and evaluated their own confidence in integrating digital tools. These personal reflections were first compared in pairs and subsequently discussed in larger groups. It became evident that while many youth workers already use digital applications, numerous individuals lack a structured methodology. This realization further reinforced the relevance and necessity of our training. Participants spoke very openly and honestly about their own shortcomings and areas for growth.
RO: Programul de după-amiază a început cu o analiză cuprinzătoare a jocurilor digitale și a metodelor utilizate în activitatea de tineret („Digital Gamification line-up”). Participanții au reflectat individual asupra tipurilor de jocuri pe care le folosesc cel mai frecvent în cadrul propriilor organizații. Ei au analizat nivelul de implicare a tinerilor atunci când se aplică metode bazate pe joc și gradul lor de încredere în integrarea instrumentelor digitale. Reflecțiile individuale au fost comparate mai întâi în perechi, iar apoi în grupuri mai mari. A reieșit că, deși mulți lucrători de tineret utilizează deja aplicații digitale, multora le lipsește o metodologie structurată. Această constatare a confirmat o dată în plus relevanța și necesitatea cursului nostru de formare. Participanții au vorbit cu multă deschidere și sinceritate despre propriile neajunsuri și despre domeniile în care doresc să se perfecționeze.
