ECO-ANXIETY
Mobility project for youth professionals
ENG:Today we started our journey on eco-anxety with a healthy breakfast followed by the first lecture on our topic with additional informatin regarding our stay.










After the lecture we set up for our: self-relfection and buzz groups: thid activity aims to uncover and define the individual learning goals of participants. In this process, participants were encouraged to reflect on their personal aspirations, expectations, and areas they wish to develop during the program through self-reflection and dicuss in pairs their specific learning objectives, whether they relate to acquiring new skills, gaining knowledge, improving existing competencies, or achieving personal growth milestones.
We talked about how lack of awereness is closely based on the issue of lack of knowledge and reduced skills. “In order to be truly aware of your enviroment you have to face the problem first. Its the same with any mental helath problem, we need to first be aware that this is a new issue that needs our attention more.” Said by one of our participation youth workers.
Our current project raises awareness of the psychological problem called “eco-anxiety”, which is currently recognised as a mental illness, but it is growingly identified as a cause for a growing mental health crises. We also tackled somesoft-skills and transversal skills of the youth workers improved during the programme, but there will be two skills considered to be highly necessary to support young people with eco-anxiety.

HU: Ma egészséges reggelivel kezdtük az ökológiai szorongás útját, majd az első előadás következett a témánkban és további információkkal az ittlétünkkel kapcsolatban.
Az előadás után felállítottuk az önismereti csoportjainkat: a tevékenység célja a résztvevők egyéni tanulási céljainak feltárása és meghatározása. Ebben a folyamatban a résztvevőket arra ösztönözték, hogy önreflexión keresztül reflektáljanak személyes törekvéseikre, elvárásaikra és területeikre, amelyeket fejleszteni szeretnének a program során, és párban beszélgettek konkrét tanulási céljaikról, legyen szó új készségek elsajátításáról, ismeretek megszerzéséről, meglévő kompetenciák fejlesztéséről vagy személyes fejlődési mérföldkövek eléréséről.
„Ahhoz, hogy valóban tisztában legyünk a környezetünkkel, először szembe kell néznünk a problémával. Ugyanez a helyzet minden mentális egészségügyi problémával, először is tisztában kell lennünk azzal, hogy ez egy új kérdés, amelyre figyelnünk kell.” Mondta az egyik résztvevő, ifjúsági munkásunk.
Jelenlegi projektünk felhívja a figyelmet az „ökoszorongás” nevű pszichológiai problémára, amelyet jelenleg mentális betegségként ismernek el, de egyre inkább a növekvő mentális egészségügyi válságok okaként azonosítják. Foglalkoztunk az ifjúságsegítők néhány készségével is, amelyek a program során javultak.
RO: Astăzi am început călătoria noastră pe eco-anxietate cu un mic dejun sănătos urmat de prima prelegere pe tema noastră cu informații suplimentare despre șederea noastră.
După prelegere am înființat pentru grupurile noastre de: auto-relecție și zgomot: a doua activitate își propune să descopere și să definească obiectivele individuale de învățare ale participanților. În acest proces, participanții au fost încurajați să reflecte asupra aspirațiilor personale, așteptărilor și domeniilor pe care doresc să le dezvolte în timpul programului prin auto-reflecție și discutând în perechi obiectivele lor specifice de învățare, fie că se referă la dobândirea de noi abilități, dobândirea de cunoștințe, îmbunătățirea competențelor existente sau atingerea etapelor de creștere personală.
Am vorbit despre modul în care lipsa de conștientizare se bazează îndeaproape pe problema lipsei de cunoștințe și a competențelor reduse. „Pentru a fi cu adevărat conștient de mediul tău, trebuie să te confrunți mai întâi cu problema. Este același lucru cu orice problemă de sănătate mintală, trebuie mai întâi să fim conștienți că aceasta este o problemă nouă care necesită mai mult atenția noastră.” A spus unul dintre lucrătorii noștri de tineret de participare.
